Well we are in the car heading home. What a drag. I predict post holiday depression starting in an estimated time of 8 hours which is about the time we will hit our front door.
It has been a fantastic holiday. Once again we were blessed with amazing weather and total relaxation. We did what we pleased, ate and drank what we wanted. There was no working, no school work, no expectations. Just being a family and living in the moment of the day.
When we come here we always question why we live where we live and do what we do. This year it's pulled us even closer to the thought of moving. We want to enjoy a slower pace. I know that the reality is that we all have to work and make a living and times are not always like when you are on holiday, but why not just jump at the chance and go. Have an adventure or something instead of just trudging on day by day somewhere you don't really love? Hmmm big decisions.
The kids love holidays and its so nice watching them enjoy being kids. So nice.
Well, see you on the other side of the express way when the traffic starts! *sigh*.....
