Home made sausage rolls just like Grandma made


You will NEVER regret making these. They are so easy and EVERYONE will love them. EVERYONE.

Ingredients

500g sausage mince
1 zucchini grated
1 carrot grated
1 onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp curry powder
some fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
3 sheets of puff pastry
milk to brush

Method

Get some little people to help you grate the carrot and zucchini


In a bowl add the sausage mince, grated vegies, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, onion and curry powder


Mix it all together 


Cut a pastry sheet in half and place the mixture at the top end in a long strip.


Roll up the pastry, brush the edges with water to help it stick and prick with a fork. Cut into desired lengths. Place on non-stick baking tray and brush with milk.


Place in preheated oven at 180-200 deg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
