Quick Garlic and Chilli Prawns

Somedays you just want some fresh seafood and this recipe is just the right thing for days like those. All you need is a handful of ingredients and wallah!


Cooked prawns, shelled and de-veined
Garlic clove chopped finely
Sweet chilli sauce
Olive oil for cooking


Shell and de-vein the prawns.

In a hot pan add the olive oil and the garlic and fry for a minute or so

Add the prawns and stir, heating through for about a minute.

Add the sweet chilli and heat for another minute.

Serve with salad or some of my cous cous salad like we did!
