Breakfast :: Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes

To celebrate the first day of school holidays I made myself a delightful breakfast of eggs, dad's delicious sourdough {which I will be trying to make these holidays myself}, and balsamic roasted tomatoes.

So basically, to make these bursts of tomato goodness, place some tomatoes (I used Roma) in a dish. Sprinkle with some sea salt and a little olive oil and some balsamic vinegar. Place in a 200deg oven for about 1 hour or until caramelised and soft and just yummy looking. Hurrah! There you have it.
