So everyone loves a good banana bread right? Especially toasted with lashings of butter and a good tea or coffee? Well this recipe is a sure pleaser and will use the staples you have in your cupboard AND it tastes just like the cafe one's......
Ingredients

1 3/4 cups Self raising flour
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, wisked
50g butter, melted and cooled
2 overripe medium bananas, mashed
Method
sift your flower into a bowl.
Add the cinnamon
Add the brown sugar and mix until combined
In another bowl combine the milk, melted butter, banana and eggs, wisk together
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and spoon into a greased, lined loaf tin
Bake on 180 deg for about 40-45 minutes
Serve toasted with lashings of butter!
