Do you ever feel disconnected from your kids? Like your not even there anymore? Like you just run on auto-pilot and seem to be going around and around in the air but never really "landing" where you should? Distracted by the "too many others in the sky" that the runway is far to busy to just swoop in and land?.

Living in the 21st century has left us disconnected. We fill and fill and fill our lives with more and more until we just can't land anymore.

I'm encouraging you to do a deal with the traffic controller in your head. Tell it to turn the flow away for a while. To ease back....to plan and be ready to land.

This pic was the best thing that happened to me this week. It hit my heart straight away...I was on auto-pilot. Never really prepared to land but still searching for other places to be.

Things are changing and spending time, really, spending TIME with my kids and hubby will be priority. The kids even did a play for us the other night, which while a bit rusty was just so wonderful to be a part of the audience. Hannah even said to us. "we are doing this play to show how much we love you".....
Time. Find it and enjoy.
